RS232C Universal Serial Communication
Control unit with RS232C port, also corresponding to serial communication.
By using the RS232C port, it can be directly connected to the touch screen and computer. In addition, it can easily achieve bidirectional data transmission with serial devices such as barcode scanners.
The serial port is connected through the S.R.G3 terminal. The touch screen can also be connected through a programming port.
Both relay output and transistor output control units can be equipped with an RS232C serial port.

Using the tool software FPWIN, you can arbitrarily disable the upload of programs. Close unauthorized copying and protect important programs for customers. The most suitable for operators who use computers to manage raw programs.

You can input uppercase and lowercase English letters and numbers, so there are approximately 218 million combinations. After three consecutive input errors, the power supply needs to be powered on again.

■ Temperature regulation
Using the PID instruction (F356 EZPID), only one line of thermocouple unit instruction needs to be described to implement difficult PLC temperature control programs.
Equipped with two models: 4ch and 8ch, with a comprehensive accuracy of ± 0.8 ℃ (K, J, T range). Up to 3 units can be connected, and high-precision, multi-point PID control of up to 24ch can be achieved.

Can process data of year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. It can combine regular monitoring of production information, work status, and error message history management with clock data.


■ Interrupt input
Independently of scanning time, it can read input signals at high speed and execute interrupt programs instantly. It can be effectively used for high-precision positioning control and eliminating poor valve control. X0-X7 can be specified in the interrupt input.

EEPROM data storage (instructions F12, P13)
